Sporting Clays Coming Soon

Now that we are fast approaching the start of hunting season, Royal Stag Preserve is thrilled to announce that Sporting Clays Shooting is coming soon! Our Royal Sporting Clays are an excellent way for guests to work on their shooting skills to improve hunting success.

Sporting clays help hunters hone in on their shooting skills before or after going out to the fields. Instead of using your precious pheasant stock, this shooting sport features clay birds so guests can become better hunters, build confidence with a firearm, and master their follow-through.

Shooting Sporting Clays will help you hone your skills by increasing hand-eye coordination. It will also help enhance your speed by teaching you to act quickly with your firearm.

When it comes to any sport, proper training is one of the best ways to build a player’s confidence. In addition, if you are new to the sport, spending time practicing by shooting Sporting Clays is a great way to get comfortable with a firearm.

Swinging through a shot is a lot harder than one might think. By shooting clay birds, you will learn to lead your target and execute the shot effectively while you swing.

Plus, the most significant benefit to Sporting Clays is that it’s fun! It’s a great way to stimulate your brain and increase your heart rate while hanging out with friends and family.

Sporting Clays at Royal Stag features a single automatic trap thrower with five shooting stations. This activity will be available seven days a week from light to dark. Sporting Clays shooting sessions will be limited to 4 people per session. In addition, every shooter will be provided with 50 clay pigeons per session.
