Ingredients
- 1 lb venison steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup wild mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms in butter until softened. Remove and set aside.
- Add venison to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in beef broth, Dijon mustard, and sour cream. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine with noodles and garnish with parsley before serving.
