Grilled Pheasant with Honey Mustard Glaze

Tender pheasant breasts grilled to perfection and brushed with a tangy honey mustard glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 pheasant breasts
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, thyme, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Brush pheasant breasts with the glaze.
  4. Grill for 8-10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
